How much does an office carpool cost in Dhaka?
Each route on this page shows its price per day. Your monthly price is that daily price multiplied by the number of ride days you choose, and you see the total before you pay.
How do I pay for a carpool subscription?
Online, in advance for the month: by card or mobile banking through Pathao Pay, or from your OfficeXpress wallet. Paying the driver in cash is not available for carpool.
How does door-to-door pickup work?
If you live away from our fixed routes, drop your home and office pins. We group you with people who live and work nearby and pick you up at your door. If your area isn't covered yet, join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it opens.
Can I skip a day or pause my subscription?
Yes. Skip a ride from your dashboard until 8 PM the day before, or pause for up to 30 days. Your seat stays reserved and the monthly price does not change.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Monthly subscriptions aren't refunded mid-month, but you can request a cancellation from your dashboard. If we can give your seat to another rider, we approve it and refund the unused part of your month to your OfficeXpress wallet.
Who will I ride with?
Other office commuters subscribed to the same route and time slot, so you ride with the same people every day.
Can I ask for a women-only ride?
Yes. Tell us when you book. We don't have a separate women-only service, but we arrange women-only carpools whenever we can match enough riders on the same route or area.
What if the driver doesn't come?
If a ride fails because of the driver or the vehicle, that day's fare is refunded to your OfficeXpress wallet, or we reimburse an alternative ride you arrange yourself.
Are drivers verified?
Yes. We check every driver's national ID (NID) and driving licence before they drive with us.
