These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OfficeXpress website, mobile experience, and transportation services, including corporate transport, vehicle rental, and carpool subscriptions (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

OfficeXpress ("OfficeXpress", "we", "us", or "our") provides corporate transportation, vehicle rental, and carpool subscription services. References to "OfficeXpress" in these Terms refer to the entity operating the OfficeXpress brand and platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings and Subscriptions

• Bookings (corporate transport, rentals, or carpool trips) are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of confirmation.
• Carpool subscriptions renew on the schedule you select at sign-up and continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms shown at checkout.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off details, timing, and passenger information.
• We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel a booking where safety, capacity, or operational constraints require it, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown at the time of booking and may vary by route, vehicle class, and demand. Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor; OfficeXpress does not store your full payment card details. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with the cancellation and refund terms shown at the time of booking.

5. Vehicle Tracking

For active trips, OfficeXpress may use GPS-based vehicle location tracking to provide live trip tracking, arrival notifications, and safety monitoring. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this location data is collected and used.

6. Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to harass drivers or staff, to damage or misuse vehicles, or to provide false information when booking. Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Liability

OfficeXpress will take reasonable care in providing the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service (for example, delays due to traffic, weather, or vehicle issues). To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficeXpress's liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services or cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation process described at checkout or in your account settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
