OfficeXpress is live: office carpools, car rental and employee transport in Dhaka

Getting to work in Dhaka shouldn't mean refreshing an app every morning and hoping a ride accepts. OfficeXpress is now live, and we're already serving our first corporate client. Here are the three ways to get around the city with us.

Office carpool subscriptions

Pick a route, your weekdays and a time slot, and ride with the same co-passengers every day. Every route shows its price per day before you subscribe, so there's no surge pricing and no waiting for a match. You pay online for the month, by card or mobile banking. Live a little off the main road? Choose door-to-door pickup and we'll group you with riders who live nearby.

Plans flex with your month. You can skip a ride (until 8 PM the day before) or pause for up to 30 days, and your seat stays reserved.

Car rental with a driver

Need a car for an airport run, a day of meetings or a trip out of Dhaka? Tell us your trip details and we'll send a package price for a sedan, SUV or microbus with a professional driver. Rental trips can go anywhere in Bangladesh.

Employee transport for companies

For HR and admin teams, we run:

• daily employee pick-and-drop on fixed routes
• monthly vehicle contracts
• on-demand cars
• executive airport transfers

Send your requirement through our corporate request form (vehicle type, routes, service type and contract length) and we'll reply with a quotation. Once you approve it, trips, attendance and billing are managed in the VMS BD app.

How we work

• Verified drivers. Every driver's national ID and driving licence are checked before they drive with us.
• On time. Drivers are expected at the pickup point on time, and we aim for up to 10 minutes early.
• If something goes wrong. If a ride fails because of the driver or the vehicle, we refund it, or reimburse an alternative ride you arrange yourself.
• Always running. Rides run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our support team is available 8 AM–8 PM every day and replies within 60 minutes.

OfficeXpress is a brand of Vehicle Management System Technologies Bangladesh. Driver dispatch and on-ground operations run on VMS BD, our vehicle management platform.
